Bandai's capsule toy brand GASHAPON brings the next entry of its eco-friendly "CAPCHARA" lineup—where the capsule itself transforms into the figure—with "CAPCHARA The Battle Cats 12", inspired by the hit mobile game The Battle Cats! Featuring four collectible designs, each spin is priced at 400 JPY (tax included), hitting capsule vending machines in August 2026.
Developed by PONOS Corporation, The Battle Cats is a wildly popular side-scrolling tower defense game starring an eccentric army of weirdly cute felines. Over the years, the title has featured major collaboration events with iconic anime and gaming franchises such as Street Fighter V, Evangelion, and Ranma 1/2, alongside a dedicated Nintendo Switch edition.
The 12th wave, "CAPCHARA The Battle Cats 12", assembles into display figures standing approximately 6 to 10 cm tall. The exciting lineup includes the gashapon debut of Flame Pixie Mera, alongside Dark Cat, the seasonal Cat (Summer Break), and the bronzed, muscular Tanned Macho Cat.
