GASHAPON Keroro Gunso Miniature Package Charm NEW EDITION: Keroro Platoon Gets New Expressions and Plastic-Model Sprue-Style Backing Cards

Bandai’s GASHAPON capsule toy brand is bringing the classic anime Keroro Gunso to a new miniature collectible with Keroro Gunso Miniature Package Charm NEW EDITION. The five-design lineup will be priced at 400 yen per pull and is scheduled to launch in late December 2026.

Keroro Gunso is the anime adaptation of Mine Yoshizaki’s manga series. Produced by Sunrise and first broadcast in 2004, the series follows Sergeant Keroro and his fellow invaders from Planet Keron after their mission on Earth is exposed, forcing them to take up residence with the Hinata family in a chaotic everyday comedy.

Following the original Keroro Gunso Miniature Package Charm, the collection returns roughly a year later with an all-new edition. Keroro Gunso Miniature Package Charm NEW EDITION keeps the miniature package concept while turning the Keroro Platoon into approximately 4.9 cm-tall charms. The lineup includes Sergeant Keroro, Private Second Class Tamama, Corporal Giroro, Sergeant Major Kururu and Corporal Dororo. Each character receives a new expression and pose, with the package and figure carefully recreated in miniature. The standout change is the backing-card artwork, now redesigned to look like a plastic-model sprue—an affectionate nod to Keroro’s love of model kits and the episode in which he is turned into a Gunpla-style assembly kit.
