In celebration of Pokémon's 30th anniversary, Pokémon Shanghai has announced the "30th Anniversary Premium Figure Gift Box: Charizard"! Themed after the iconic Base Set Charizard card from 30 years ago, this collector's box features an oversized jumbo card, a dynamic Charizard figure sculpted after the classic card artwork, and 15 booster packs of the "30th Anniversary Celebrations" series. Priced at 780 RMB, it is scheduled for release on September 16, 2026.
This legendary Charizard artwork has accompanied generations of Pokémon TCG players throughout the franchise's 30-year history. For this special release, the classic illustration is blown up into a massive Jumbo Card measuring approximately 13.3 × 18.7 cm, while the Charizard figure faithfully translates the artwork into 3D, capturing the Fire-type Pokémon spreading its wings and breathing sculpted flame blast effects. With 15 "30th Anniversary Celebrations" booster packs included in the box, collectors can proudly display the centerpiece figure and jumbo card while ripping packs to chase other celebratory cards in the set.
