BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS collectibles division has announced an exciting new product from its S.H.Figuarts action figure brand. The "Monkey D. Luffy -The Raid on Onigashima- Exclusive Edition" Action Figure will be a limited release at the annual New York Comic Con (NYCC), taking place from October 8-11, 2026. This highly anticipated "One Piece" themed collectible was revealed on TAMASHII NATIONS' official Instagram account.
Based on the product images revealed so far, this "Monkey D. Luffy -The Raid on Onigashima- Exclusive Edition" is a revamped version of the Onigashima Luffy figure released in 2023. The paint application on the costume has been enhanced with deeper shading, giving it a more refined and layered appearance. The most captivating addition to this exclusive edition is undoubtedly the newly included fabric coat accessory, which appears to have a wire sewn into the edges, allowing for dynamic, flowing poses. While the thigh articulation does not adopt the new swivel joint introduced with the "Monkey D. Luffy -Paramount War at Marineford-" figure, meaning the previous articulation limitations of the Onigashima Luffy likely remain, the exquisite paintwork and fabric coat alone make this a must-have for collectors!

Today, TAMASHII NATIONS officially unveiled more detailed product images! The suggested retail price is confirmed to be $70 USD. Fans will be thrilled to see that the figure now includes the long-awaited Haki effect interchangeable hands that collectors have been clamoring for. Additionally, three new face sculpts, never before seen, are included. Here's hoping a version with the Haki effects will eventually get a general release!
