Bandai Japan recently unveiled its brand-new electric 4WD battle IP, "Baraba Ride," and is launching its first wave of three products: "BR-01 Storm Falcon," "BR-02 Lash Stallion," and "BR-03 Fury Lizard." These exciting new vehicles are slated for release on September 19, 2026!
"Baraba Ride" is a groundbreaking new battle toy series centered on the thrilling concept of "vehicles x destruction." Players can freely customize their battle vehicles' weapon configurations, charge them up, and then unleash them to tear through opponents! Each vehicle features three critical points; once struck, the outer armor and wheels will spectacularly "barabara" (fall apart) and scatter, living up to the series' name! A dedicated battle arena is also being released, and an exclusive pre-launch experience event is scheduled for the "CoroCoro Soul Festival in TOKYO Toy Show 2026," held from August 29-30, 2026! Attendees can test drive all three models, with the "BR-01 Storm Falcon," "BR-02 Lash Stallion," and the "BR-10 Fold Colosseum" available for early purchase at special limited-time prices of 1,650 JPY and 3,300 JPY (tax included), respectively!
The "BR-02 Lash Stallion" is powered by three AAA batteries and sports a striking blue and black color scheme. Its main body consists of four distinct parts: the shell, chassis, bumper, and tires. The Lash Stallion's armor is uniquely designed to envelop all four wheels, offering a lightweight build with an excellent center of gravity for superior stability. It features the balanced Alpha Chassis, allowing for extensive customization to suit various playstyles. A wide, U-shaped bumper provides a shorter front-to-back depth, facilitating agile spinning maneuvers. It utilizes large-diameter H36 tires that increase vehicle height, with a single-point contact design optimized for bounce attacks. Thin tires further reduce friction, enhancing its rotational performance! Additionally, the first batch of products will include limited-edition body stickers (note: stickers will not be distributed at the 2026 Tokyo Toy Show)!
