BANDAI SPIRITS' collector's division, TAMASHII NATIONS, is set to release the latest entry in its premium METAL ROBOT SPIRITS line, the Gundam TR-1 [Hazel-Rah] Second Form. Hailing from the "Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam" side story, "Advance of Zeta: The Flag of Titans," this highly anticipated figure, featuring metallic paint and a die-cast frame, is slated for a January 2027 release!
The Hazel was originally developed by the hawkish Titans Test Team as a specialized mobile suit for suppressing Zeon remnants. After sustaining battle damage, it was upgraded with replacement parts to become the Gundam TR-1 [Hazel Custom]. Its ultimate form, the RX-121-1+FF-X29A Gundam TR-1 [Hazel-Rah] Second Form, is achieved by equipping it with two FF-X29A G-Parts [Hrududu], which are derived from the iconic G-Fighter.
The METAL ROBOT SPIRITS Gundam TR-1 [Hazel-Rah] Second Form is essentially a comprehensive re-release, combining the previously separate METAL ROBOT SPIRITS Gundam TR-1 [Hazel Custom] & Option Parts Set and the METAL ROBOT SPIRITS G-Parts [Hrududu] & Advanced Parts Set. While the overall accessories remain largely consistent, some minor adjustments have been made, such as a slight modification to the die-cast content and the two Hrududu units now featuring full paint applications instead of molded colors. All markings across the figure are faithfully reproduced with tampo printing. Thanks to the inclusion of all parts from both previous sets, this product can recreate an astonishing array of over a dozen configurations! These include the Sniper Equipment, Advanced Equipment, High Mobility Equipment, ORIGINAL MODE, Sub-Arm Equipment, Hazel-Rah, Hazel-Rah Full Armor, Hazel-Rah Second Form, and the Hrududu Twin Unit Combined Form, allowing collectors to assemble a rich history of forms all in one package!
