Japanese toy brand MEDICOM TOY's popular MAFEX action figure line has unveiled a new release from the film "Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back" – the Bossk action figure! With a suggested retail price of 14,080 JPY, this highly anticipated figure is slated for a June 2027 release.
The Trandoshan bounty hunter, Bossk'wassak'Cradossk, made his iconic debut in "The Empire Strikes Back" as one of the six elite bounty hunters summoned by Darth Vader aboard the Super Star Destroyer Executor. He is notoriously known for his brutal hunting prowess and his deep-seated hatred for Wookiees.
This MAFEX Bossk figure stands approximately 18.5 cm tall, meticulously sculpted to capture his on-screen appearance. The figure accurately recreates his distinctive long arms, which famously reach his knees, along with the intricate details and wrinkles of his attire. His scaly arms and sharp claws on his hands and feet are all exquisitely rendered through superior sculpting and paint application. Accessories include a roaring alternate head sculpt, multiple interchangeable hands, and two of his signature Relby-v10 mortar guns. Coupled with a dedicated display stand and flexible articulation, fans can recreate a variety of dynamic pursuit poses!
