Chinese model kit brand MS GENERAL, known for its popular Mecha Girl series, has teamed up with the mecha shooter game "Mecha BREAK" to release the second entry in their collaborative model kit line: the "Black Panther." This kit transforms the game's high-speed combat mecha into a 1/10 scale Mecha Musume figure, retaining its signature armaments and articulation. The "Black Panther" model kit is priced at 6,600 JPY (tax included) and was released in August 2026.
The model faithfully recreates the "Black Panther"'s dark color scheme from the game, integrated with MS GENERAL's signature bishoujo body design. Ample articulation is maintained between the body and armor, allowing collectors to achieve dynamic combat poses, such as charging with a lance or defending with a shield. The kit's weaponry also mirrors the in-game mechanics, featuring the interchangeable "Svalinn" combat defense shield and "Sol" thermal energy sword. The "Skoll" secondary shield boasts a deployable mechanism, while the main weapon, the "Alsvid" heavy lance, includes an extendable structure. This allows the "Black Panther" model to recreate a full range of combat scenarios, from close-quarters sword fighting and shield defense to long-range lance assaults.
The kit also includes three blank face plates, six pre-painted face plates, and ten interchangeable hand parts. Additionally, it comes with a display base that doubles as storage, two water decals, and one color-correction sticker. Beyond the main Mecha Musume figure, the extensive array of interchangeable parts enables collectors to adjust expressions and poses to match various armament configurations.
