LEGO Star Wars UCS 75457 Executor Super Star Destroyer Sets a New Record at 53.5 Inches Long

The LEGO Group has unveiled the LEGO Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series 75457 “Executor Super Star Destroyer,” a massive recreation of Darth Vader's flagship from “Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back.” Comprising 6,130 pieces and measuring an incredible 53.5 inches (136 cm) long, it is the longest LEGO Star Wars brick-built model released to date. Priced at $799.99, the set launches early for LEGO Insiders on October 1, 2026, followed by its general release on October 4.

This supersized build captures the Executor Super Star Destroyer's signature dagger-shaped profile and densely detailed surface. Once assembled, the model measures approximately 7.5 inches (20 cm) tall and 20 inches (50 cm) wide, with a weight of more than 11 pounds (5 kg). The ship incorporates a display stand and comes with a to-scale Star Destroyer, using the dramatic size difference between the two vessels to emphasize the Executor's staggering scale.

The set includes seven minifigures: Darth Vader, Boba Fett, Dengar, Bossk, IG-88, 4-LOM, and Zuckuss. This marks the first time LEGO has brought all six bounty hunters from “The Empire Strikes Back” together in a single set. A small build of the Executor's bridge is also included, allowing fans to recreate the classic scene in which Darth Vader assembles the bounty hunters.

Customers who purchase the set can also receive the 40897 “Darth Vader's LIGHTSABER” gift with purchase. The promotion runs from October 1 through October 7, 2026, while supplies last, giving collectors a buildable replica of Darth Vader's lightsaber to display alongside the meter-spanning UCS flagship.
