Good Smile Company's popular and affordable "POP UP PARADE" figure series, specifically its enlarged "POP UP PARADE L" line, is set to release the "POP UP PARADE Guts [Berserker Armor] Bloody Paint Ver. L Size" pre-painted PVC figure, based on the hit series "Berserk"! This stunning collectible will have a suggested retail price of 9,800 JPY (tax included) and is slated for release in May 2027.
In "Berserk," when protagonist Guts confronted the "Flame Dragon" Grunbeld, he donned the cursed "Berserker Armor," forged by Dwarves. This mystical armor intensely amplifies the deep-seated hatred and resentment dormant within him. The resulting furious excitement numbs his pain, replacing it with a savage, overwhelming impulse that allows Guts to fight with strength far beyond human limits. With this power, he effortlessly sent the Flame Dragon flying and shattered a shield impervious even to cannon fire.
The "POP UP PARADE Guts [Berserker Armor] Bloody Paint Ver. L Size" pre-painted PVC figure stands approximately 28 cm tall. It faithfully recreates Guts in his Berserker Armor, crouched atop a rock, as depicted in the cover illustration of manga volume 28. This particular version features extensive bloodstain paintwork, creating an even more gruesome and impactful atmosphere. His massive sword, resting on his shoulder, is also drenched in blood. The sight of him covered in gore is truly shocking, making it impossible to tell if the blood splattered on him belongs to his enemies or himself.
