BANPRESTO MAXIMATIC "Jujutsu Kaisen: Fumihiko Takaba" Prize Figure Recreates His Powerful Flying Kick Against Hazenoki!

"Because I'm a comedian!"

BANDAI SPIRITS' BANPRESTO prize figure brand, known for its "MAXIMATIC" series featuring overwhelming scale and high satisfaction, is releasing a new "Jujutsu Kaisen" product: Fumihiko Takaba. This figure is slated for release as a prize item in January 2027.

Fumihiko Takaba, a 35-year-old struggling comedian, had his Cursed Technique awakened by Kenjaku during the Culling Game, making him a player. His technique, "Comedian," allows him to turn anything he finds genuinely funny into reality. This absurd ability lets him toy with opponents in battle, and he remains virtually unharmed even when attacked. It's a powerful technique capable of challenging even Satoru Gojo, though Takaba himself is completely oblivious to its true potential.

The MAXIMATIC Fumihiko Takaba figure stands approximately 15 cm tall. It captures the dynamic scene from anime episode 57, "Tokyo No. 1 Colony, Part 4," where he delivers a flying kick to Iori Hazenoki while assisting Fushiguro. The figure's pose suggests it will be supported by a black stand, depicting his mid-air, side-kicking motion. It faithfully recreates his half-naked hero costume, inspired by comedian Taizo Harada's "The Centerman" design. The sculpting meticulously details his well-defined musculature and the wrinkles on the left side of his clothing, all complemented by his resolute gaze, showcasing the hilarious, cool, and powerful demeanor of the comedian sorcerer!
