BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS collectible toy division has officially unveiled a new S.H.Figuarts action figure from the popular anime "Jujutsu Kaisen"—the Mahito action figure. Priced at 9,900 JPY, it's slated for release in April 2027!
Mahito is a Special Grade Cursed Spirit born from humanity's hatred and fear of one another. Despite his seemingly innocent demeanor, he is incredibly cruel, delighting in tormenting and slaughtering humans. His Cursed Technique, "Idle Transfiguration," allows him to freely reshape bodies by touching a soul. During the Shibuya Incident, he fatally wounded Nanami, gravely injured Nobara, and engaged Yuji Itadori in battle. Ultimately defeated by Itadori, Mahito was absorbed by Kenjaku, along with his Cursed Technique, while attempting to escape.
This S.H.Figuarts Mahito stands approximately 16 cm tall, meticulously sculpted to reflect his appearance during the Shibuya Incident. The figure accurately reproduces the muscular definition of his arms, the intricate folds and checkered patterns of his attire, and the distinctive stitching across his arms and face. The loose hem of his right arm appears to be a separate, segmented piece, while the two distinct fabric strips on his left arm seem directly integrated, ensuring dynamic articulation without compromising too much on the sculpt.
Accessories include two left and three right interchangeable hands, an alternate hair part, and four expression plates, allowing for vivid portrayal of his expressions and dynamic poses, especially during Domain Expansion. What's more, this release also packs in dedicated expression parts for Yuji Itadori and Aoi Todo! These can be paired with the previously released "S.H.Figuarts Yuji Itadori -120% Potential" and "S.H.Figuarts Aoi Todo" figures to recreate intense battle scenes featuring the trio from the Shibuya Incident!
