BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS collectible toy division in Japan is set to release the latest addition to its popular S.H.Figuarts action figure line: the S.H.Figuarts Kento Nanami from the hit anime and manga series "Jujutsu Kaisen". This figure is slated for a May 2027 release!
Kento Nanami, a fan-favorite character from mangaka Gege Akutami's "Jujutsu Kaisen," is a Grade 1 Jujutsu Sorcerer. He once worked as a salaryman before returning to the Jujutsu world. Known affectionately as "Nanamin" (a Japanese pun on his name), a nickname given to him by Yuji Itadori, he famously despises overtime, with his catchphrase being "Work is shit." Nanami is a calm, reliable, and reassuring senior figure. He was also the former record holder for consecutive Black Flashes (four in a row), a record now surpassed by Yuji Itadori. His Cursed Technique, the Ratio Technique, allows him to divide a target into ten parts and forcibly create a weak spot by striking the 7:3 ratio point!
Standing approximately 16 cm (about 6.3 inches) tall, the S.H.Figuarts Kento Nanami captures his "Overtime" appearance from the Shibuya Incident Arc, where he sheds his suit jacket and unleashes his full cursed energy. The figure meticulously recreates the intricate fabric folds and muscular definition of his physique. Thanks to S.H.Figuarts' superior articulation design, collectors can pose him in dynamic stances, including low crouches. His short machete, wrapped in detailed talisman printing, is faithfully reproduced, and a strap allows for displaying it sheathed on his back. The figure includes a total of six interchangeable hands (two left, four right), featuring a clenched fist with his tie wrapped around it for enhanced striking power, gripping hands, and relaxed hands. Three interchangeable face plates are also included: an enraged battle expression, a relaxed expression with his glasses removed, and a flowing alternate hair sculpt for customizable display options!
