Dark Horse Direct, the collectibles brand under independent US comic publisher Dark Horse Comics, is rolling out new merchandise inspired by the popular video game-derived anime series "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners"! This article spotlights the Rebecca painted figure, priced at US$69.99, which is now available for pre-order on the Dark Horse Direct official website, with an estimated release window between May and July 2027.
Rebecca, a fan-favorite and integral member of Maine's crew, is a master of various firearms and the younger sister of Pilar. Later in the series, she develops a strong affection for David, diligently looking out for him as he undergoes increasingly extensive cybernetic modifications. Fans are undoubtedly still reeling from her brutal end in the series finale, where she was tragically crushed by the descending Adam Smasher.
This Rebecca painted figure stands approximately 16 cm (about 6 inches) tall, dynamically posed as she unleashes a furious barrage with her two powerful "Guts" shotguns. The sculpting meticulously captures the flowing movement of her hair and the intricate folds of her oversized jacket. An additional "Guts" shotgun is stowed in the large backpack on her back. The mechanical intricacies of her blue and red cybernetic arms, along with the recessed details of her cybernetic eye, are all exquisitely sculpted and painted.
The base, consistent with other concurrently revealed figures, is designed to evoke the scenery of Night City and features the "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners" logo prominently on the front. The figure also incorporates UV-reactive paint on the two weapons, hair, eyes, jacket, shoes, and the base itself. After sufficient light exposure, these elements will glow with a neon luminescence in the dark, perfectly echoing Night City's vibrant atmosphere! Furthermore, she can be displayed alongside the simultaneously announced David, Lucy, and Adam Smasher figures to showcase the full might of the Edgerunners crew!
