From TSUME ART, the Luxembourg-based high-quality statue manufacturer, comes a new addition to their intricate and dynamic "IKIGAI" statue series: the "Kisame Hoshigaki" 1/6 scale collectible statue from the popular anime "Naruto"! This impressive piece is priced at 415.83 Euros and is slated for release in the third to fourth quarter of 2027.
Kisame Hoshigaki, a member of the rogue organization Akatsuki and partner to Itachi Uchiha, was once one of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist from the Hidden Mist Village. Renowned for his mastery of Water Release techniques and the formidable greatsword Samehada, Kisame earned chilling epithets such as the "Monster of the Hidden Mist" and the "Tailless Tailed Beast" due to his shark-like appearance, immense chakra reserves, and brutal, battle-hungry nature.
This 1/6 scale Kisame Hoshigaki collectible statue stands approximately 38 cm tall, 18 cm wide, and 36 cm deep. It captures Kisame in a highly dynamic pose, mid-attack with his greatsword, Samehada. The sculpting meticulously recreates the intricate folds of his attire and Kisame's wild, menacing grin. Samehada's sharp, scaly texture and the tongue extending from its monstrous mouth convey overwhelming destructive power. The tongue even features transparent material to simulate saliva, with exquisite paintwork bringing out Samehada's unique biological details.
Beyond the ferocious Samehada, another major highlight of this piece is undoubtedly the massive wave effects on the base! Crafted from clear, light blue translucent material, accented with white foam at the edges, the base perfectly captures the surging dynamics of crashing waves. The sight of a shark bursting forth, depicting Kisame's signature Great Shark Bullet Technique, elevates the overall visual impact to another level, making it stunning from every angle. Following Kisame, TSUME has also teased the upcoming release of other Akatsuki members, building immense anticipation among collectors!
