Japanese model kit manufacturer Kotobukiya has unveiled the second installment of its popular "Kotobukiya Lottery" series, this time themed around its acclaimed bishoujo model kit line, "ARCANADEA." Dubbed "Kotobukiya Lottery ARCANADEA 2nd," this new lottery will be available for online purchase on Kotobukiya's official website from September 7, 2026, 10:00 AM JST, to October 12, 2026, 11:59 PM JST. Prizes are slated to ship in May 2027.
The "ARCANADEA" series is a sci-fi and fantasy-themed model kit line that has garnered widespread acclaim since the release of its first character, Lumitea, in 2021. Collectors can assemble these fantasy-style bishoujo characters, known as "DEARS," using richly colored, precisely molded parts. The kits faithfully reproduce the beautiful designs by renowned Japanese illustrators such as necömi, Z-TON, and Nidy-2D-. Following the success of several releases, Kotobukiya has also announced that "ARCANADEA" will be adapted into a TV anime, manga, and mobile game.
The "Kotobukiya Lottery ARCANADEA 2nd" features a range of exciting prizes. The 【A Prize】 is a Chibi Kana Charm Plushie, inspired by the official 4-panel manga. The 【B Prize】 offers six types of RPG-style acrylic stands, while the 【C Prize】 includes lenticular cards that display two different forms depending on the viewing angle, showcasing 12 characters from the series.

The coveted grand prize, the 【S Prize】, is a limited-color "Sophia ReACT-lottery Model Kit." This exclusive version features golden hair and metallic red costume molding colors, distinct from the standard release, to evoke a dazzling fire attribute appearance. While the overall sculpt and included accessories, such as various armor parts for battle mode transformation, a back main wing, and a large scythe weapon, are largely consistent with the regular kit, all four pre-painted face parts boast brand-new designs.
