Japanese capsule toy manufacturer Kitan Club (キタンクラブ) is set to release a new addition to its popular "Fukkura Fukufuku" (ふっくら福福) series, known for its charming animal themes. After a long wait, fans can look forward to the "Fukkura Fukufuku Flocked Owl" capsule toy collection! Featuring six distinct designs, each capsule will retail for 300 JPY, with an anticipated release in September 2026.
First launched in 2018, the highly popular "Fukkura Fukufuku" series is bringing back its beloved owl character, now in a delightful flocked version. These figures perfectly capture the owls' plump, round bodies and bright, expressive eyes. The addition of a soft, fuzzy flocked texture significantly boosts their cuteness factor! This new lineup includes six types of owls: the common Owl, Barn Owl, Snowy Owl, Eurasian Eagle-Owl, Little Owl, and Horned Owl. Each figure features an articulated neck, allowing collectors to pose them in the characteristic head-turning motion of real owls. Furthermore, their rotund bodies are designed to sway like roly-poly toys, offering both charming display appeal and interactive fun.
