Bandai's Gashapon division is launching a new addition to its popular "Tsumande Tsunagete Mascot" series, this time featuring characters from the classic anime "Sgt. Frog". The "Sgt. Frog Tsumande Tsunagete Mascot Part 2" capsule toys will retail for 400 JPY per play and are slated for release in the second week of September 2026.
The "Tsumande Tsunagete Mascot" series offers charms with both ball chain and lobster clasp attachments, allowing collectors to link them together to create a fun display. Following the dynamic leaning poses of the first installment, this "Sgt. Frog Tsumande Tsunagete Mascot Part 2" brings to life the amusing sight of the Keroro Platoon members tied up with ropes, a common predicament they find themselves in after making mistakes in the show. This lineup includes all five members: Sergeant Keroro, Private Second Class Tamama, Corporal Giroro, Sergeant Major Kururu, and Lance Corporal Dororo. With both lobster clasp and ball chain options, there are a total of 10 different variations to collect. Corporal Giroro's expression, a mix of reluctance and a subtle blush of pleasure, is particularly hilarious! Furthermore, Sergeant Keroro's ball chain and lobster clasp versions each come with two distinct expressions, offering even more collecting fun. Fans will want to grab at least six different figures to string them all together!
