BANDAI HOBBY, a division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company, has officially revealed detailed information for the latest collaboration product in its original bishoujo model kit series, '30 MINUTES SISTERS' (30MS). The new release, 'Rin Tohsaka' from "Fate/stay night," is slated for release in March 2027.
One of the main protagonists, Rin Tohsaka, is the current head of the prestigious Tohsaka family of mages and a classmate of Shirou Emiya. Raised with the family motto "always elegant, always composed," she embodies the image of a refined and exceptional young lady. Not only is she accomplished in both academics and combat, possessing both beauty and talent, but she is also a first-rate magus proficient in the Five Great Elements. Rin specializes in powerful magic that utilizes expensive jewels as catalysts. She participates in the Fifth Holy Grail War to uphold her late father's legacy and family honor, successfully summoning Archer (EMIYA) as one of the seven Masters, and forming an alliance with Shirou Emiya.
The "30MS Rin Tohsaka" faithfully recreates her signature twin-tail hairstyle, vibrant red and black outfit, and over-the-knee socks from the anime. Incorporating the precise molding and articulated joint designs cultivated within the 30MS series, collectors can pose her slender body in a variety of elegant stances. The kit includes three pre-printed face parts for interchangeability: a "smiling face," an "angry face," and a "blushing face." Also included are the "Azoth Sword," one of her father Tokiomi's heirlooms into which Rin has infused magic for years, and the "Jewel Sword Zelretch," a weapon prominently featured in the "Heaven's Feel" storyline.
