BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS, a division dedicated to collectible toys, has announced the latest addition to their Ganso SD Gundam World model kit series. Coming from "Shin SD Gundam Gaiden: Knight Gundam Monogatari," the "Holy Dragon Knight ZERO Gundam" is slated for release in February 2027.
Hailing from the Tribe of Lightning, ZERO Gundam is a formidable swordsman capable of freely manipulating electricity. He wields the "Lightning Dragon Sword" and is the inheritor of his tribe's ultimate technique, the "Lightning Dragon System." Despite his cool demeanor, he possesses an unyielding sense of justice. His journey began in search of his father's killer, "VICE Gundam." Through countless battles, he evolved from a Dragon Swordsman into a Dragon Knight. Later, he awakened to the ultimate secret technique entrusted by his father, the "Holy Dragon System," transforming into his most powerful form, the "Holy Dragon Knight," clad in magnificent golden armor.
The "Ganso SD Gundam World Holy Dragon Knight ZERO Gundam" features an entirely new sculpt, faithfully recreating its cool, low-proportioned design. It is assembled from molded parts in gold, red, white, and black, complemented by pre-painted metallic blue components. The kit precisely reproduces his magnificent golden armor, the "Lightning Dragon Sword," and the "Zero Wing" shield. His back cape is even crafted from real fabric. The model incorporates pull-out joints in the neck, shoulders, and hips, significantly expanding its range of motion, allowing for dynamic battle poses.
