CCP JAPAN, a premium Japanese model manufacturer, is celebrating the 55th anniversary of "Return of Ultraman" with a new release in its 1/6 Tokusatsu Series: the "Ultraman Jack Ultra Bracelet Activation Ver." painted finished figure. This collectible is priced at 29,700 JPY and is slated for release in February 2027!
Premiering in 1971, "Return of Ultraman" stands as the third installment in the "Ultraman Series" and marks Tsuburaya Productions' first Ultraman work following the passing of Eiji Tsuburaya. The story follows young Hideki Go, who tragically dies protecting others from a monster. Deeply moved by his sacrifice, Ultraman Jack merges with Hideki. He then joins the Monster Attack Team (MAT), battling formidable kaiju, growing stronger, and ultimately evolving into Earth's true hero!
This "Ultraman Jack Ultra Bracelet Activation Ver." 1/6 scale painted figure stands approximately 30 cm tall. It meticulously recreates Jack activating the Ultra Bracelet on his left wrist, drawing inspiration from in-show footage and rare archival photos. The sculpt precisely captures the heavy texture of his suit and his unique physique, with even subtle details like the abdominal indentation when his left foot steps forward faithfully reproduced. The head sculpt specifically emphasizes the nuanced changes in expression and impression when viewed from different angles!
To achieve a heightened level of accuracy, the figure features a bright silver paint finish that perfectly complements the vibrant yet subdued red patterns. The Color Timer achieves a luminous effect through silver paint applied to its reverse side. Furthermore, detailed adjustments with highlights, shadows, and weathering effects significantly boost the overall realism, making this a highly collectible 55th-anniversary commemorative piece!
