Japanese model maker Kaiyodo has announced the latest addition to its Revoltech articulated figure series: the "Joshua Astray Trails in the Sky SC Ver.", based on the classic role-playing game "The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC". This new figure is scheduled for release in March 2027.

One of the story's protagonists, Joshua Bright, is the adopted son of Liberl Kingdom's war hero Cassius Bright, taken in five years prior. Known for his calm, collected, and highly capable demeanor, Joshua often finds himself cleaning up after the impulsive Estelle . His dual-wielding sword skills are as swift and precise as an assassin's. At 16, he began his Bracer training journey with Estelle. However, he harbors a dark past from before his adoption, often lost in contemplation and self-doubt.

The "Revoltech Joshua Astray Trails in the Sky SC Ver." is based on the design illustrated by NAO for the original game released in 2006. Standing approximately 15 cm tall, it faithfully recreates his more mature appearance in the sequel, after confronting his past identity. The entire body features precise articulation splits while maintaining the integrity of its sculpt, utilizing Kaiyodo's signature Revoltech joints for full body articulation. Even the base of his scarf is equipped with an articulation point, allowing for dynamic and action-packed battle poses.

Accessories include 6 interchangeable hand parts and 5 different facial expressions. His two iconic dual swords can also be swapped between standard blades and translucent blades, allowing for recreating the glowing effect of his swords when performing combat arts like "Dual Strike" and "Bone Crusher". Additionally, the figure comes with the harmonica, a memento from his elder sister Karin, allowing you to pose him playing the classic melody "Where the Stars Are."
