Japanese jewelry brand U-TREASURE has once again teamed up with Baby Star Ramen to release the “Pure Gold Baby Star Ramen.” This time, the familiar noodle snack has been recreated as a miniature K24 gold collectible and sealed inside card-style packaging. Limited to 500 pieces worldwide, it was priced at 38,500 yen including tax. Preorders closed on September 9, 2026, with shipments expected to begin around November 27. The two companies previously celebrated Baby Star Ramen’s 65th anniversary with a 1/1-scale “Pure Gold/Platinum Baby Star Ramen”, but this new edition is small enough to carry in your wallet.
The genuine gold noodle measures approximately 1.1–1.2 centimeters long and 0.15 centimeters thick. Rather than turning it into a conventional miniature gold bar, U-TREASURE retained the snack’s signature crooked shape. Each piece is handcrafted by an artisan, so no two noodles will look exactly alike. The card uses the familiar packaging design from Baby Star Ramen Chicken Flavor Mini, making it look like a snack bag transformed into a collectible card. A real K24 gold noodle sits in the center, positioned as though mascot Hoshio-kun is holding the golden snack. The entire card fits inside a standard wallet or bag, though the noodle is permanently secured inside the packaging and cannot be removed.
