This piece belongs to the high-end "GUNDAM FIX FIGURATION METAL COMPOSITE" (G.F.F.M.C.) series, personally supervised and produced by renowned mechanical designer Hajime Katoki. The model is primarily constructed from die-cast alloy and features extremely detailed mobile suit painting and exclusive markings. Its body is covered with a layered rose gold metallic sheen, showcasing subtle textural variations as light refracts, creating a striking contrast between the delicate, flowing silk pattern and the RX-78-2's sharp mechanical armor.
This review is relatively straightforward! If you can get past the unique pattern, especially those four Chinese characters for "CLOT Group," then this is a definite pickup.
Honestly, aside from those four Chinese characters, my overall impression is quite positive, especially regarding the antique tea house and Lunar New Year-inspired patterns! What's most eye-catching, however, is the metallic color used – and seriously, it looks fantastic! Articulation is average, with some slightly loose joints, particularly in the ankles. For everything else, I believe you already understand the pros and cons if you've handled the Origin version of this mold!
Seriously, if they ever release a Red Comet version in the future, as a die-hard fan, I'd still grab it! Hope to share more with you all down the line!
