The "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" sequel/spinoff, "The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth," written by Quentin Tarantino and directed by David Fincher, is set for a major holiday release on Netflix. But before the film hits the streamer, Tarantino plans to release a novel version first.
HarperCollins Publishers recently announced that "The Adventures of Cliff Booth," a novel personally penned by Tarantino, will be published on December 8. The cover art has also been revealed (see below). This title was actually the original name for the film, but it has now been reserved for the novel while the movie received a new title. This isn't the first time Tarantino has written a novel based on his own work; he previously published a book for "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" that included many scenes and details not depicted in the film.

The cast for "The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth" brings back original stars Brad Pitt and Timothy Olyphant, with new faces including Peter Weller, Scott Caan, Carla Gugino, Holt McCallany, Elizabeth Debicki, and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II.
The film boasts a massive $200 million budget. This time, the story focuses on Cliff Booth, the dedicated stuntman for Brad Pitt's character Rick Dalton, as he navigates Hollywood on his own and solves various problems for movie studios. The film is scheduled for a two-week run in North American IMAX theaters starting November 25, before landing on Netflix worldwide on December 23.
