"South Park" has officially returned for its 29th season, with the premiere episode not only continuing the satirical premise of renaming the show "South America" but also bringing electric bikes, immigration enforcement, and the upcoming "Grand Theft Auto VI" into its crosshairs for satire.
Titled "South American Biker Gangs," the episode sees Cartman, Stan, Kyle, and Kenny become obsessed with electric bikes, forming a gang and tearing through the streets, much to the dismay of their parents. The show portrays the children as "South American" riders being pursued, while their fathers, clad in tight cycling gear and cornering them, have been interpreted by media as a jab at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). As tensions escalate, Mr. Kim, who sells cheap "crappy Chinese electric bikes," is even beaten by the parents.
Another running gag throughout the episode involves numerous oral sex puns. As characters debate the town's renaming and the electric bike issue, they repeatedly use crude phrases like "going down on someone" to mock those who compromise when facing political power. They even directly question residents, asking why they're angry about kids riding electric bikes now, when they "went down" on the town's renaming. 
Unlike previous instances where former U.S. President Trump was directly targeted, this episode barely mentions him outright. However, it continues its political satire through the "South America" renaming gag. When the renaming was previously announced, the show used Apple and Google's compliance with U.S. place-name changes as a joke, echoing naming policies pushed by the Trump administration.
"Grand Theft Auto VI" also unexpectedly became a recurring gag in the episode. When townspeople complain about the country being in disarray, a character at one point expresses hope that "things will get better in November," only for the reason to be revealed as the upcoming release of "Grand Theft Auto VI."
Ultimately, Kenny dies again due to an electric bike explosion. The entire town then unites in grief, chanting "South America Strong" and completely banning electric bikes.
