LEGO Ideas has officially unveiled the 21373 Downton Abbey set, a 4,711-piece recreation of the iconic estate from "Downton Abbey." Based on Highclere Castle, the real-life filming location, the model opens to reveal detailed living and working spaces both upstairs and downstairs. It also includes 13 minifigures based on characters from Season 6. Priced at $349.99, the set will be available to LEGO Insiders beginning October 1, 2026, before its wider release on October 4.
Rather than stopping at Downton Abbey's familiar exterior, the set opens to reveal the dining room, main hall, and library upstairs, along with the kitchen, servants' hall, and Mr. Carson's office below. The entire upper level can also be removed, turning the show's parallel worlds of aristocrats upstairs and servants downstairs into an elaborate display that can be explored from multiple angles.
The 13 included minifigures bring together the Crawley family and the estate's familiar staff: The Dowager Countess, Lord Grantham, Lady Grantham, Lady Mary, Lady Edith, Tom Branson, Mr. Carson, Mrs. Hughes, Mr. Bates, Thomas Barrow, Mrs. Patmore, Anna Bates, and Daisy Parker. With a towering cedar tree and bench completing the grounds, collectors can rearrange the cast throughout the rooms to recreate memorable everyday moments from the series.
The set began as a LEGO Ideas submission by fan designer Sebastian Veselka and reached 10,000 supporters in roughly three months. The finished release includes several Easter eggs honoring its creator, including a servants' bell board labeled “LEGO room,” a newspaper printed with Veselka's initials “SV,” and a heart-shaped tree base inspired by the show's romantic scenes. Builders can hunt for these hidden touches while assembling the estate room by room.
