Select LEGO Stores in Japan launched a new gift-with-purchase promotion featuring the LEGO Game Controller Stand on September 25, 2026. Customers who spend a total of ¥11,000, including tax, on LEGO products from eligible themes will receive one free stand while supplies last. The promotion has only been confirmed for Japan so far, although LEGO has not labeled the item as a Japan-exclusive release.
The desktop stand supersizes one of the LEGO minifigure’s most recognizable features, pairing a red arm with a yellow C-shaped hand designed to hold a game controller. Official promotional images show it supporting a PlayStation 5 DualSense wireless controller. From the front, it looks as though an absurdly oversized minifigure is reaching up through your desk. After years of gripping swords, tools, and coffee mugs, that familiar hand is finally strong enough to look after your gamepad.
Along with the stand itself, the package includes a black cracked-surface sticker that can be placed around the base to create the illusion of the arm bursting through the desktop. Packaging confirms that this is not a brick-built model, but a plastic LEGO lifestyle accessory that is ready to use straight out of the box. By blowing up a minifigure part to real-world proportions, the stand brings a playful brick-world invasion to any gaming setup or display cabinet—and offers far more personality than the average controller holder.
