Kaiyodo has teased the latest addition to its Revoltech action figure brand. Led by renowned sculptor Katsuhisa Yamaguchi, the Amazing Yamaguchi line is bringing in Satsubatsu Knight AoM Ver. from the anime "Ninja Slayer". Additional details will be announced at a later date!
"Ninja Slayer" is a sci-fi novel series created by American authors Bradley Bond and Philip Ninj@ Morzez. The story unfolds in Neo-Saitama, a neon-soaked near-future metropolis dominated by powerful corporations. After his family is murdered by ninjas, ordinary salaryman Fujikido Kenji becomes possessed by the mysterious ninja soul Naraku Ninja and is reborn as Ninja Slayer. Driven by vengeance, he sets out to hunt down ninjas while battling an array of superhuman foes. Satsubatsu Knight appears in Part 4, Age of Mappo-calypse. This enigmatic ninja first emerged to save Nichome from the Amakudari forces. His true identity is Fujikido Kenji, who was believed to have died in battle before transforming into a Real Ninja through a flower-viewing ritual.
"Ninja Slayer" has received remarkably few articulated figures, with figma offering virtually the only previous options—and those releases are now nearly a decade old. That makes it especially exciting to see how Amazing Yamaguchi’s signature articulation will bring Satsubatsu Knight’s combat style to life!
