Kaiyodo has teased the latest addition to its Revoltech action figure lineup. Led by renowned sculptor Katsuhisa Yamaguchi, the Amazing Yamaguchi series is bringing in the star of the anime "Ninja Slayer From Animation" with a new Ninja Slayer Original Ver. figure. "Ninja Slayer" is a sci-fi novel series created by American writers Bradley Bond and Philip Ninj@ Morzez. Set in the neon-soaked, corporate-controlled near-future metropolis of Neo-Saitama, the story follows Kenji Fujikido, an ordinary office worker whose family is murdered by ninja. After becoming possessed by the mysterious ninja soul known as Naraku Ninja, Fujikido transforms into Ninja Slayer and embarks on a bloody campaign of revenge, battling a deadly assortment of superhuman ninja along the way.
The "Ninja Slayer" franchise has received remarkably few articulated figures over the years, with figma previously serving as the only real option—and that release is now nearly a decade old. That makes it especially exciting to see how Kaiyodo will bring Ninja Slayer to life with the Amazing Yamaguchi line's signature extreme articulation.
