BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS collectibles division has unveiled another new S.H.Figuarts release alongside “MONKEY.D.LUFFY -NEW WORLD-.” Based on the hit anime "ONE PIECE," the “MONKEY.D.LUFFY -NEW WORLD- OPTION PARTS SET” is priced at 4,950 yen and scheduled for release in April 2027.
During the two-year training period following the Summit War of Marineford, Luffy studied under Silvers Rayleigh, the former first mate of the Roger Pirates. Under Rayleigh's guidance, he mastered Observation Haki, Armament Haki, and Conqueror's Haki, gaining the strength he needed to survive in the New World. After years of fan requests, the long-awaited Haki parts are finally here.
The set includes interchangeable arms coated in Armament Haki, a pair of fists, a pair of open hands, interchangeable hair, and an alternate head. Effect parts include translucent flames for Gum-Gum Red Hawk and red-and-black lightning representing Conqueror's Haki, giving collectors everything they need to showcase Luffy's New World abilities. Based on the current product images, however, the parts do not appear compatible with the standard MONKEY.D.LUFFY -The Raid on Onigashima- figure. Collectors will want to preorder this set alongside the newly announced New World Luffy.
