THE GUNDAM BASE, the official flagship Gunpla store for "Mobile Suit Gundam," has revealed a new exclusive from the "Gundam Build Fighters" series: the HG 1/144 Build Strike Gundam Full Package & Build Burning Gundam Set [Clear Color]. Priced at 4,400 yen including tax, the set is scheduled for release on October 10, 2026.
The Build Strike Gundam Full Package and Build Burning Gundam are the lead mobile suits from "Gundam Build Fighters" and "Gundam Build Fighters Try," respectively. Created by Sei Iori as a custom Gunpla based on the Strike Gundam, the Build Strike Gundam Full Package comes armed with the Build Booster, Beam Sabers, Beam Rifle, Enhanced Beam Rifle, Large Beam Cannons, and Chobham Shield, representing the complete form of the Build Strike Gundam. The Build Burning Gundam is piloted by Sekai Kamiki, who channels his own Jigen Haoh School Martial Arts through the unit in battle. By synchronizing with its pilot's senses, the Gunpla can unleash more than three times its standard output!
The original versions of these two kits debuted in 2013 and 2014, and both still hold up with solid engineering and sharp proportions. Their simplified internal frames are now showcased beneath clear outer armor, giving these HG kits an especially striking look. The white clear parts feature a matte finish, while the armor in other colors uses a glossy treatment for added visual depth. An included sticker sheet offers plenty of bold patterns, perfectly capturing the Build series' theme of freely customizing Gunpla to create the machine of your dreams.
