TAKARA TOMY's premium T-SPARK brand has revealed the latest release in its robot-focused, preassembled "TOYRISE" toy line: Granzort from the classic anime "Madō King Granzort." The figure is scheduled for release in late April 2027.
Granzort is one of the three Madō Kings of Light, commanding the powers of fire and earth. Madō Warrior Daichi Haruka summons it using his Magic Gun. Its magic draws upon the elements of flame and earth, while its signature weapon is the Earth God's Sword, Erde Kaiser. Granzort boasts the greatest destructive power of all the Madō Kings and is the only one capable of communicating through speech.
"TOYRISE Granzort" draws from the original animation design sheets and its on-screen appearance while incorporating TOYRISE's own approach to toy engineering. The figure faithfully recreates Granzort's flame-inspired armor and features an impressive range of articulation. With its interchangeable hands and signature Erde Kaiser sword, collectors can recreate a variety of dynamic battle poses.
The figure also transforms into Granzort's Face Mode. TOYRISE has streamlined the transformation for a more intuitive experience, allowing it to switch smoothly between forms without swapping parts. Locking tabs keep every component securely in place after transformation, while the included magic circle display stand recreates Granzort's floating appearance during its summoning sequence.
