BANDAI SPIRITS’ TAMASHII NATIONS collectibles division is expanding its skeleton-up S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou line with a new release from the hit tokusatsu series "Kamen Rider Ryuki". The "Volcancer & Kamen Rider Scissors Option Parts Set" is priced at 13,200 yen including tax and is scheduled for release in April 2027.
Volcancer is the Contract Monster bonded to Kamen Rider Scissors, the Rider identity of corrupt police detective Masashi Sudo. Scissors fed human victims to the vicious creature, which appeared in the series as a full practical suit. Scissors also relied on Volcancer to launch him high into the air for his diving kick attack. After Kamen Rider Knight destroyed Scissors’ Card Deck, Volcancer went berserk and devoured its own contractor. The monster was later defeated by Kamen Rider Ryuki’s Rider Kick.
The "S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Volcancer & Kamen Rider Scissors Option Parts Set" stands approximately 6.1 inches tall and faithfully recreates Volcancer’s tall, heavily built physique. Its massive pincers can open and close, while the accessories include a damaged Kamen Rider Scissors Card Deck and a cracked-mirror display base. Pair it with the separately sold "S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider Scissors" to recreate the series’ battles—and the gruesome scene in which Volcancer devours its contractor after the Card Deck is destroyed.
