MegaHouse is expanding its premium Lucrea character figure lineup with Lucrea Lite, a new subseries designed to be more affordable, compact, and display-friendly. Its latest release is based on the animated feature "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM": the "Lucrea Lite Lacus Clyne Swimsuit Ver." figure, scheduled for release in March 2027.
Series heroine Lacus Clyne is the daughter of a moderate P.L.A.N.T. Supreme Council chairman and a celebrated singer who used her public influence to advocate for peace. After several encounters with Kira Yamato, she resolved to take direct action to end the war between the Earth Alliance and P.L.A.N.T. Lacus ultimately left P.L.A.N.T. and joined Kira to form an independent faction, playing a pivotal role in bringing two major wars to an end. By C.E. 75 in "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM," the formerly hostile Earth Alliance and P.L.A.N.T. joined the neutral nation of Orb to establish the world peace monitoring organization COMPASS, with Lacus Clyne serving as its first president.
The "Lucrea Lite Lacus Clyne Swimsuit Ver." features an original swimsuit design created specifically for the figure. Reflecting Lacus’ more mature appearance in the movie, the figure dresses her in a pink-and-white bikini that perfectly suits her signature color palette. The sculpt highlights her shapely curves, while her pose—shielding her eyes from the sun as she looks back with a gentle smile—beautifully captures her charm. Her iconic long pink hair is tied into a lively, windswept ponytail, giving the entire piece a bright, summery feel.
