Hong Kong model maker YOLOPARK is expanding its premium AMK PRO model kit line, which combines die-cast components with pre-painted plastic parts. The latest release is Sentinel Prime from "Transformers: Dark of the Moon". Priced at $69.99, the Sentinel Prime model kit is scheduled for release in November 2026.
Introduced in the third live-action movie, Sentinel Prime transforms into an airport fire truck. He previously led the Autobots and served as Optimus Prime’s mentor. After an accident left him dormant on the Moon, Sentinel was recovered by Optimus and his team. He initially appeared as a commanding and respected Autobot elder, only to reveal that he had secretly struck a deal with Megatron to restore Cybertron using Earth’s resources. Once his betrayal came to light, Sentinel brutally killed Ironhide and easily overpowered Optimus Prime. He defeated his former student again during their final battle, but just as he was about to deliver the killing blow, Megatron attacked him from behind. Optimus ultimately finished Sentinel off.
The AMK PRO Sentinel Prime die-cast model kit stands approximately 8.3 inches tall and features a die-cast inner frame. Its exterior armor recreates the character’s signature red-and-gray color scheme from the movie, complete with intricately sculpted armor panels, exposed mechanical components, and cable details. Weathered paint-chipping effects across the body add another layer of realism. The eyes feature LED illumination powered by two 1.5V LR621 button-cell batteries. The kit comes with one pair of articulated hands and three pairs of fixed-pose hands. Sentinel’s signature double-bladed Primax Blade and shield are also included, and the sword can be separated into two individual weapons for dual-wielding poses. Unfortunately, his rust cannon—the weapon used to kill Ironhide—is not included, but he still looks exceptionally imposing equipped with the sword and shield.
