Rockstar Games has launched a new music hub for "Grand Theft Auto VI," officially revealing the first six in-game radio stations, their hosts and a selection of featured songs. The studio says the game will deliver the biggest and most wide-ranging radio lineup in series history, with Bad Bunny, Lana Del Rey and members of heavy metal band Slayer lending their voices to its on-air personalities.

The initial lineup spans Latin, country, African music, heavy metal, pop and Southern hip-hop. Franchise favorite Flash FM is also returning, while Slayer guitarist Kerry King and frontman Tom Araya will co-host metal station The Chamber 106.6.
Along with country music, Back Country Radio features Mud Dog Mike, a roving swamp weatherman voiced by Lana Del Rey's husband, Jeremy Dufrene, who delivers reports from an airboat. Cocoteo FM, meanwhile, specializes in Latin dance music including bachata and reggaeton. Blending classics with more recent hits, the stations also showcase the distinct musical identity of Leonida.

Beyond its radio lineup, Rockstar also confirmed that "Grand Theft Auto VI" will let players use their characters' smartphones and headphones to listen to stations and on-demand podcasts while traveling on foot. Radio in previous entries was largely limited to vehicles and select buildings, but the new feature will allow players to keep the music playing while exploring the city or even engaging in combat.
Rockstar previously announced "Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album," an original soundtrack featuring artists including Travis Scott, Morgan Wallen and The Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards, though the complete tracklist has yet to be revealed. The studio also released another batch of screenshots, but it remains unclear whether the remaining radio songs will be announced before launch.
"Grand Theft Auto VI" is scheduled to launch November 19, 2026, on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
