Marvel Studios unveiled a wave of new small-screen projects at New York Comic Con. First up was its animated series "Marvel Zombies." After previously teasing that more episodes were on the way, the studio confirmed plans to release one new special every Halloween for three consecutive years, beginning in 2027.

The first special, "The Winter Soldier," will arrive in 2027, followed by "The Fist of Khonshu" in 2028 and "The Last Guardian" in 2029. As their titles suggest, the three installments will respectively spotlight Winter Soldier, Moon Knight and the Guardians of the Galaxy.

Marvel also set a January 13, 2027 premiere date for Season 2 of the animated series "Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man" and released the teaser poster above, confirming that Venom will appear. Meanwhile, the studio revealed that Season 3 of "X-Men ’97" will introduce Deadpool and She-Hulk, both of whom appeared in footage screened for attendees.

On the live-action front, a rumor surfaced last month that Marvel was developing a spy series titled "Zodiac." The studio has now officially announced the project, with casting set to begin in the coming weeks. Production is scheduled to start in spring 2027 ahead of a 2028 premiere.
