The studio also unveiled a solo character poster for Gouken (below), along with a behind-the-scenes featurette exploring the production of the film's 2D animated sequences (see the link below).

The cast includes rapper 50 Cent as Balrog, Orville Peck as Vega, Noah Centineo as Ken Masters, WWE star Roman Reigns as Akuma, Callina Liang as Chun-Li, David Dastmalchian as M. Bison, wrestler Cody Rhodes as Guile, Jason Momoa as Blanka, Andrew Koji as Ryu and Eric André as the ring announcer.

The new live-action "Street Fighter" movie is directed by "Bad Trip" filmmaker Kitao Sakurai from a screenplay by "Captain America: Brave New World" writer Dalan Musson. The film opens in theaters October 16.

The official synopsis has also been released: Set in 1993, estranged fighters Ryu and Ken Masters are recruited by the mysterious Chun-Li to compete in the next World Warrior Tournament. But a deadly conspiracy lurking behind the competition threatens to turn them against each other and forces them to confront the demons of their past. If they cannot overcome them, it is game over.
