BANDAI SPIRITS’ TAMASHII NATIONS collectibles brand has unveiled the S.H.Figuarts ONE PIECE EDWARD NEWGATE (WHITEBEARD) -MARINEFORD- action figure. Preorders open October 13, 2026, with shipping scheduled for June 2027. Pricing has not yet been announced.
The S.H.Figuarts Whitebeard was first teased last November in the Marineford series preview, where he appeared only as a massive silhouette towering behind Luffy and Ace. After nearly a year of waiting, EDWARD NEWGATE (WHITEBEARD) -MARINEFORD- has finally been confirmed for release, officially bringing Pops into the ever-expanding Marineford lineup.
During the Marineford War, Whitebeard led his allied pirate crews in a full-scale assault on Marine Headquarters to rescue Ace, the commander of his crew’s Second Division, from execution. S.H.Figuarts has already released characters including PORTGAS.D.ACE -MARINEFORD-, and now Whitebeard—the central figure behind the entire conflict—is finally joining the battlefield, filling another major gap in the collection.
