Following "Blade Runner: Black Lotus," the new show marks the franchise’s second TV spinoff. Set 50 years after "Blade Runner 2049," the story unfolds after the war between Replicants and humans has ended. The Replicants emerged victorious, leaving the defeated human population relegated to second-class citizenship.
Yeoh stars as Olwen, a Replicant Blade Runner with only days left to live who is tracking a group of missing rogue Replicants. Schafer plays Cora, Olwen’s human fugitive partner. After spending nearly her entire life evading Blade Runners, Cora must now team up with one—and assume the identity of a Blade Runner herself. "Blade Runner 2099" premieres November 25, 2026, on Prime Video.
