China-based collectibles brand INART Action is bringing the venomous Controller from VALORANT to life with its Viper 1/12 scale action figure. Her signature mask, chemical gear, and toxic abilities are recreated as interchangeable accessories. Priced at $109, the figure is now available for preorder and is expected to ship in Q2 2027. A “Sage” action figure is also launching alongside Viper.
Viper is an American chemist who serves as a Controller in VALORANT, using deadly chemical weapons to obscure enemy vision and lock down the battlefield. Fellow Controller Omen previously joined the POP UP PARADE SP lineup with his own “Omen” figure, but Viper is getting the fully articulated treatment, allowing collectors to recreate her chemical warfare tactics right on the shelf.
The figure recreates Viper’s dark purple combat suit, large green armor panels, and fluorescent green tubing. The box includes two interchangeable head sculpts—one masked and one unmasked—along with 12 interchangeable hands for holding firearms, gripping knives, handling chemical canisters, and operating her equipment. Her arsenal includes the Helix Phantom, two Helix Daggers, and the Snakebite Shorty, giving collectors plenty of options for switching between long-range rifle poses and close-quarters dual-dagger stances.
The ability accessories are the real highlight of the set. Viper comes with a gas emitter, chemical canister, and multiple effect parts recreating Poison Cloud, Snake Bite, and Toxic Screen. There is even a dedicated pair of hands for deploying Viper’s Pit, letting collectors stage everything from tossing a chemical canister to raising a towering wall of toxic gas.
