Chinese articulated figure brand SexyIce has unveiled the VERMIN "Zatard Hound Tactical Support Type" articulated figure. This upgraded version of the canine biological weapon sports a silver-and-white color scheme and adds a dedicated weapon mounting module. It is priced at 265 yuan and is scheduled to ship in Q4 2026.
The figure first surfaced in our Wonder Festival 2026 Shanghai preview coverage, where its silver-and-white deco immediately set it apart from the standard version. The full product reveal now provides a closer look at its backstory and included accessories. Developed by EAE from the standard Zatard Hound, the Tactical Support Type is a companion support model that entered service around the same time as its standard counterpart.
Primarily assigned to UNKVAL combat units, the Tactical Support Type typically deploys 50 to 100 meters behind a squad, providing sustained covering fire and area suppression. It also retains the standard model's sensing and tracking capabilities, allowing it to handle supply transport and forward reconnaissance missions. Rather than a simple color variant, this model has been given a distinct battlefield role within the unit.
The figure is made of PVC, ABS, POK, and metal. The set includes interchangeable left and right front legs, interchangeable left and right rear legs, a dedicated weapon mounting module for the hound, a 3mm stand adapter, and a VERMIN series display stand. The firearms shown in the promotional images are not included and must be purchased separately.
