Japanese toy company TAKARA TOMY has unveiled the BEYBLADE X CX-00 ValkyrieVolt S4-70V Gunmetal Ver., giving the previously released rare Bey a fresh new color scheme. It retains the metal-equipped Lock Chip while combining an impact-focused metal Blade with aggressive Attack Type parts for powerful smash attacks. Priced at 1,800 yen including tax, the Beyblade will be available first to Premium X members beginning November 5, 2026.
ValkyrieVolt first joined the BEYBLADE X App's Rare Bey Get Battle campaign in July 2025. That original release featured a gold metal-coated finish and required players to earn redemption eligibility through the app. This edition switches to a gunmetal color scheme, giving fans of the original another distinct color option while maintaining the Beyblade's limited-edition status.
This Attack Type Beyblade features a metal-equipped Lock Chip and an impact-focused metal Blade with an outer edge designed to slam into opponents. Paired with a 4-70 Ratchet and V Bit, it races across the stadium at high speed before crashing into its target. Unlike Defense or Stamina-focused combinations, this setup is built for players who prefer an aggressive strategy and want to knock opposing Beyblades out through direct collisions.
