Japanese toy company TAKARA TOMY has announced that the limited-edition BEYBLADE X release “UX-00 Scorpio Spear 0-70Z Metal Coat: Magenta” is returning to the Rare Bey Get Battle in the official smartphone app. Priced at 1,800 yen including tax, purchase eligibility will reopen after system maintenance concludes on November 5, 2026.
Scorpio Spear’s signature feature is its shape-changing Blade, and this limited edition retains the same battle gimmick while giving the metal section a bold magenta metallic finish. It offers a dramatically different look from the standard UX-14 version released in 2025. Premium X members previously received priority access to this colorway in July 2026, but Bladers will soon have another chance to obtain it through the app event.
What sets this Beyblade apart is that its Blade transforms in sync with the Bit’s rotation during an X-Dash. Under normal conditions, it uses a rounded six-blade Defense configuration designed to deflect incoming hits. Once it enters an X-Dash, the Blade shifts into a more aggressive three-blade Attack configuration. Paired with the 0-70 Ratchet and Z Bit, Scorpio Spear can transition from defense to offense in the middle of battle, letting Bladers experience two distinct Blade shapes without manually swapping parts.
