BANDAI CANDY has revealed the next wave of its popular "Mobile Suit Gundam G-FRAME FA" Candy Toy series. "Mobile Suit Gundam G-FRAME FA 11" is scheduled for release in March 2027. Due to rising material costs, the suggested retail price will increase slightly to 759 yen including tax.
"Mobile Suit Gundam G-FRAME FA" combines realistic proportions, finely detailed sculpting, and full articulation. Collecting both an Armor Set and a Frame Set lets fans assemble a Gundam figure standing approximately 4 inches (10 cm) tall. The upgraded FA format adds armor coverage around the upper arms and backs of the thighs while eliminating the armor connection behind the knees, so the rear calf armor no longer requires cutouts to clear the connecting pegs. The chest armor is also less prone to popping off, while the waist joint has been redesigned for easier assembly after repeated parts swaps.
"Mobile Suit Gundam G-FRAME FA 11" features three fan-favorite mobile suits: the Crossbone Gundam X1 from "Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam," the ν Gundam (Double Fin Funnel Type) from "Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack MSV," and the Gelgoog High Mobility Type (Johnny Ridden Custom) from "Mobile Suit Gundam MSV." Optional parts allow the Crossbone Gundam X1 to be converted into the Crossbone Gundam X1 Kai or Crossbone Gundam X1 Kai Kai and equipped with the Full Cloth Unit. The Gelgoog High Mobility Type can also be converted into the Gelgoog High Mobility Type Kai.
