JUMP SHOP, the official merchandise store for Shonen JUMP, has unveiled a new "My Hero Academia" collectible: a bronze metal figure of Katsuki Bakugo. Available in 1/6 scale and 1/13 scale, the two made-to-order figures are priced at 275,000 yen and 33,000 yen, respectively. Preorders will run from October 23 through November 24, 2026, with both versions scheduled for release in early May 2027.
In 2025, Shonen JUMP celebrated Bakugo's first-place finish in the inaugural "My Hero Academia" WORLD BEST HERO global popularity poll, where he dominated the competition with 1,643,584 votes. A full-size commemorative bronze statue was created in his honor and displayed at JUMP SHOP locations across Japan. In March 2026, the statue moved to JUMP SHOP Ikebukuro, where fans can pose for photos alongside it.
These new 1/6 and 1/13 scale bronze metal figures recreate that JUMP SHOP statue in collector-friendly sizes. Premium metal craftsmanship captures Bakugo in his Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight hero costume, striking a dynamic raised-fist pose that pays tribute to All Might. Standing approximately 30 centimeters tall, the 1/6 scale edition has serious weight and the commanding presence of a true centerpiece. The 1/13 scale version measures approximately 13 centimeters tall, retaining the sculpt's intricate details in a more display-friendly format. Whichever size you choose, this is a dream collectible with undeniable shelf presence—and one Kacchan fans will not want to miss.
