China-based figure maker Hobby Sakura has revealed its Scarlet: Black Shadow 1/10 scale figure from the mobile game "GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE." The collectible captures the fiercely combative Scarlet from a century ago, before she joined Pioneer. Clad in a jet-black combat suit and wielding a vivid crimson blade, the swordswoman strikes a poised stance that showcases her cold, unwavering demeanor. The figure is priced at 9,350 yen, tax included, and is scheduled for release in November 2026.
"Scarlet: Black Shadow" depicts Scarlet during the First Rapture Invasion, when she served in the mass-produced Melee Squad. Her aggressive personality at the time was a far cry from the laid-back, alcohol-loving Scarlet fans know today. Hobby Sakura previously released a 1/10 scale figure based on "Scarlet: Racer's High," but this edition returns to her battlefield roots, placing her beloved sword, Fleetly Fading, in hand as she cuts down Raptures with her deadly swordsmanship. Together, the two figures let collectors display Scarlet from dramatically different eras.
Scarlet's black combat suit uses contrasting glossy and semi-translucent finishes to distinguish the outer armor from the bodysuit underneath. Her oversized sleeve-like shoulder armor is covered in finely sculpted mechanical detailing, while her slender frame and long, flowing black hair give the design a sleek silhouette. The brilliant red blade provides a striking contrast against her jet-black outfit.
Unlike the previously announced "Scarlet: Black Shadow" 1/4 scale figure from GNFTOYZ and Hobby Sakura, this release comes in a more display-friendly 1/10 scale. The design features a straightforward two-legged standing pose with her long sword in hand, skipping an elaborate diorama in favor of focusing on Scarlet's outfit, weapon, and expression. Commanders who count Scarlet among their favorites can now add Black Shadow to their collections in another scale.
