Japanese toy company Kenelephant, known for its blind box series that transforms signature dishes from famous Japanese chain brands into miniature models, will release the third installment of its 'Komeda's Coffee Miniature Collection vol.3' (珈琲所 コメダ珈琲店 ミニチュアコレクション vol.3). This collection features a total of 6 types, available as both gashapon and blind box items, and is scheduled for release in late July 2020.
Komeda's Coffee, a long-established brand, originated in Nagoya, Japan, in 1968. It is one of Japan's top three coffee chain brands, aiming to provide customers with a relaxing and comfortable environment, much like their own living room, along with reassuring meal quality, earning it a loyal fanbase. The brand expanded into Taiwan in 2018 and currently has multiple branches there.
The 'Komeda's Coffee Miniature Collection' items each measure approximately 5 cm at their largest, meticulously replicating logos on cups, patterns on plates, and cutlery details.
