TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS, has just unveiled two exciting new additions to its popular ROBOT Damashii action figure line from the "Rebuild of Evangelion" series. Fans can look forward to the "Evangelion EVA Unit-01 + Lance of Cassius (New Color Ver.)" arriving in November, followed by the "EVA Unit-13" in December 2021.
The "ROBOT Damashii Evangelion EVA Unit-01 + Lance of Cassius (New Color Ver.)" builds upon the highly acclaimed "EVA Unit-01 -New Theatrical Edition-" released in 2020. This new iteration features a completely refreshed paint application, meticulously crafted to match the aesthetic of the final film, "Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time," boasting significantly enhanced contrast and color depth.
Beyond the standard array of accessories, including six pairs of interchangeable hands, the Pallet Rifle, and the Progressive Knife, this set introduces a brand-new sculpt of the iconic "Lance of Cassius," complete with a dedicated hand for wielding it. This allows collectors to recreate breathtaking, dynamic spear-wielding poses. For the ultimate display, pair it with the separately sold ROBOT Damashii EVA Unit-13 to perfectly reenact their legendary confrontation from the movie!
